Pacific Terrace is a 40-unit condominium project built around 1984 in the Lantern Village neighborhood of Dana Point, CA 92629 accessed off PCH at Street of the Binnacle Lantern. All Pacific Terrace units share the same Terrace Lantern street name. The different buildings have different street addresses, and those include: 25008 Terrace Lantern, 25010 Terrace Lantern, 25034 Terrace Lantern, 25082 Terrace Lantern, 25103 Terrace Lantern, 25111 Terrace Lantern, and 25165 Terrace Lantern.

Pacific Terrace is in the Capistrano Unified School District, and the local schools include R.H. Dana Elementary School, Marco Forster Middle School, and Dana Hills High School.
