Niguel Shores Custom homes are a collection of unique one-off luxury homes located behind the Niguel Shores gates in the Monarch Beach neighborhood of Dana Point, CA 92629. The names of streets within Niguel Shores Custom include Breakers Isle, Cabrillo Isle, Magellan Isle, Niguel Shores Drive, Seaward Isle, and Shackleton Isle.

Many Niguel Shores Custom homes enjoy lovely ocean views. Breakers Isle is a single street of bluff-front luxury homes that deliver unobstructed panoramic beach, Catalina Island, and whitewater views. Breakers Isle has its own additional gate. Some of the early construction began around 1972-1974, but still today there remain a couple of closely-held vacant lots.
