Beach Road Custom is private, gated community of around 100 custom-built single-family homes on the beach of Capistrano Bay in the Capistrano Beach neighborhood of Dana Point, CA 92624. The gate is located on the beach side of the intersection of PCH at Palisades, and it is manned by security 24 hours a day 365 days a year. As Capistrano Beach proceeds northwestward, one crosses Capistrano Creek and arrives at the Dana Point Harbor. As one proceeds southeastward, one comes to San Clemente.

Beach Road is in the Capistrano Unified School District, and the local schools include Palisades Elementary, Shorecliffs Middle School, and San Juan Hills High School or San Clemente High School.
