Emerald Ridge is a tract of 76 single-family detached homes built by L.M. Development Co. around 1977-1980 in the Monarch Beach neighborhood of Dana Point, CA 92629. The names of the streets within Emerald Ridge include Via Antibes, Via Barcelona, Via Cordova, Via Genoa, Via Mentone, Via Orvieto, and Via San Remo. Many of the homes have been remodeled.

Emerald Ridge is in the Capistrano Unified School District, and the local schools include Moulton Elementary School, Niguel Hills Middle School, and Dana Hills High School.
