Marinita is group of 77 single-family detached homes built around 1978 by Capri Builders in the Lantern Village neighborhood of Dana Point, CA 92629. The names of streets within Marinita include Pequito Drive, Perch Drive, Via Lagos, Via Martos, Via Pacifica, and Via Playa. The original homes of Marinita featured classic spanish tile roofs, solid construction, large lots (some with ocean views), big rooms, spacious kitchens, and 3-car garages.
