Pointe Monarch is a 45-unit private, gated condominium project of around 4,500-5,500 sq. ft. and built 2004-2005 in the luxurious Monarch Beach neighborhood of Dana Point, CA 92629. Although technically a condo project, these are huge single-family detached homes. The names of the streets within Pointe Monarch include Pointe Monarch Drive, Via Corsica, Via Sienna, and Via Subida.
Pointe Monarch entry is directly off of PCH across the beach from Monarch Bay, and just downhill from the Monarch Bay Plaza shopping center that’s anchored by Gelson’s Market.
Pointe Monarch is in the Capistrano Unified School District, and the local schools include Moulton Elementary School, Niguel Hills Middle School, and Dana Hills High School.
